8th update

Small update to the ToC to the right.  The old unit was developed around a 7th edition tank company formation.  With the advent of 8th edition the formations have gone away.  The current tank unit fits with in the spear head detachment, allowing you to field Heavy units as your primary unit in the detachment.  Also allows up to 6 giving flexibility to bring in artillery support or additional tank squadrons.
